Everything was great, favourable location not far from all the parts of the tursist points as well as the train and Lufthansa bus station, ACCOMMODATING staff. Had a wonderful stay for two nights in our neat and airy room with all basic services. A safe, TV, coffee and tea making facilities were a huge plus.

Beautifully designed interior in the breakfast and lobby areas, felt like visiting a contemporary art museum. Delicious breakfast with amazing French toast and other tasty options. Comfortable pillows provided in the room. Great location near the train station and within walking distance of key attractions in the city.

Small room and awkward toilet design. No shades or cover around the bathtub, resulting in water spilling out.

The public car park is quite a distance away though not the hotel's fault - parking is difficult in this city. The breakfast was fairly good but the room was a bit crowded.

I had a fantastic stay at a very convenient hotel just a short walk from the train station. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful old town of Strasbourg. The newly remodeled room was clean, spacious, and had a cool modern design. I loved being able to choose from different pillow styles for a comfortable night's sleep. The windows that opened up to the street allowed for fresh air and added to the overall charm of the room. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when I return to Strasbourg.

It is a cool property located in Strasbourg Train district just off Strasbourg before the check-in time, and the historic centre. The breakfast is good, includes variety of meals. Great location close to the Railway station, you can walk everywhere.

Our stay at Mercure was fantastic. The interior design in the lobby and breakfast area was artistic and organized, making us feel like we were visiting a contemporary art museum. The breakfast itself was delicious, with the French toast being the best we've ever had. The room had comfortable pillows, and the staff, especially Thomas at reception, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the city's attractions. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

All the rooms new looked for were small like this one, but it was perfect. Air conditioning kept the room nice during warm summer days. Staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean, romantic, and the best showers I've experienced in Europe. The staff always helped us and breakfast, while expensive at 16 Euroes was real nice. Strasbourg was a real surprise with amazing food & sites. Great for a romantic couples get away.

It's just a short walk from the river and all the major attractions in the city center. The recently renovated rooms are a delight, with their funky interior design and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, with Thomas at reception going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a range of hot and cold options to start your day off right.

All aspects were absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel is located in a prime spot on a charming pedestrian mall, close to major attractions and great dining options. Parking is available at the station and it's just a short walk from the train station, making arrival easy. The breakfast options were good and the staff was helpful and polite.

The room had no windows and was quite cramped, making it feel claustrophobic.
